Our marina is just 3 km from the central park, where the Fort of San Felipe is located. You can easily reach it by bicycle, car, or taxi. We have parking available for vehicles and bicycles. Taxi rates from downtown Bacalar usually range between 50 and 80 pesos; we recommend agreeing on the price before getting in.

Yes, all our tours include healthy snacks and natural fruit drinks. We also offer private experiences that include full meals. You can check them directly in our tour catalog or write to us for more details.

Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a 100% refund. With less than 24 hours, there is no refund. To reschedule once at no cost, shared tours require at least 4 hours' notice, while private tours or tours with meals require at least 12 hours, always subject to availability. In case of a no-show, there is no refund and no rescheduling.

Yes, at DayTour Bacalar we offer pick-up service at private docks or hotel docks only for private tours, as long as they are within the established navigation range. This service incurs an additional cost, which may vary depending on the distance from our marina. Additionally, some hotels or accommodations may impose their own fees for using their facilities. If you wish to use this service, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and costs.

If your cruise arrives at Costa Maya Port (Mahahual), you can visit Bacalar perfectly in one day. The trip from the port to our marina in Bacalar takes approximately 80 minutes by road.

We recommend booking a private tour that allows you to start your tour right when you arrive at our marina and return in plenty of time to board your cruise without rush. This option is safe, comfortable, and ensures you make the most of your stop.
