Chef Ricardo Méndez decided to open his own restaurant after working at Pujol, Chef Enrique Olvera’s # 1 restaurant in all of Mexico in Mexico City. Together with his colleagues from the university Ambrosía opened Macario in November 2018.
Macario offers contemporary Mexican cuisine with French service. It has an excellent Casa Madero wine cellar and a cocktail menu that will make you vibrate!
